I was surfing around the web this week and found a cool program for speeding up dial-up connections . Download it here . It is easy to install and use. Once it is installed you can run the wizards to do the various tweaks to you system. Remember to do a backup of all your important files before you use any type of tweaking program. Dont let it scare you though like I always say " if it aint broke..tweak it!!"
Ok now this is new to me too but if you want to ask me a question about computers and maybe I can help you out here. If I don't know the answer , i will try to find out.
In other news Kim and len had a wild thing happen to them last week.They have a great power bar/surge protector and yet their computer got fried when they had a power spike hit their house. It didnt hurt anything but their Comp..... So the lesson is that even if you got lots of surge protection...... you still better have good insurance hehehe.
